I fixed it. Just had to google the issue and download a file. I feel silly.

I got an error that says "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." I tried deleting and redownloading the file, but that didn't work. I also tried making an empty file with that name, but that just threw a different error.
